The workshop presenter was very thorough and gave attendees a lot of important information, and many concerns to think about, including myths in the aforementioned areas. The In-Service participants, approximately 20, were favored with a continental breakfast and fellowship at 8:00 A.M. prior to the workshop. Also, at the end of the workshop, each person was presented with a certificate.
Workshop, on Saturday, March 30, 2019 entitled, “Wills and Living Trusts – What You Need to Know.” The presenter, Melanie M. Lee, Esq. Owner, Lee Law Firm, Richmond, Virginia. The workshop was held in Gandy Hall on the VSU Campus from 9:05 to 10:30 A.M. Participants received valuable information which included: Estate Planning and issues concerning pre-death needs and Estate Administration, Long-term Care, Medicare and Medicaid and the importance of having a Trust along with a Will.
